Photos from 2020

In January of this year, we moved into a unit in Gungahlin while we wait for our new place to be built. Betty & I have been out walking & I've taken photos during some of the walks & from where we're living. You can see them here.

During September, my father, brother & I went for a trip down memory lane to the places we'd lived together as a family. We visited Albury, Tocumwal & Hay. Here are the pictures!

26th October, 2020. Yesterday we returned from annual church camp which is held at Attunga near Canyonleigh in the NSW Southern Highlands. Here are the pictures.

2nd November, 2020.  Betty was keen to see how much water was in Lake George after the recent rain. So after she got home from work today, we took a drive out there & stopped at the look out just off the Federal Highway. Here are the pictures.

9th November, 2020. Yesterday we got home from a couple of nights away in the mountains. You can see some of the pictures we took here.

Enjoy!

To get the best from the photos ...

Please make sure that  your screen is calibrated so that you can see all the shades in the image below;

You must be able to see all this:
-- 20 sections of equal width and different tone
-- the darkest section must be pure black
-- the lightest section must be pure white
-- there must be no hint of color anywhere along the grey spectrum
If you don't see 20 different tones, you may need to lower the contrast.
If black is not pure black, you need to either darken the monitor or adjust the black point.
If white is not pure white, you need to either lighten the monitor or adjust the white point.
If both black and white are not pure, try to boost the overall contrast or adjust both, the black and white points. If there is a color cast, try and adjust the color balance. Some software allows you to do this separately for both ends of the grey spectrum
