Warranty VortexBox (Australia) warrants all it products & services against faulty parts and/or manufacture unless it is expressly stated otherwise. The VortexBox software is free/open source under GNU/GPL & as such is supplied free & without warranty. If you have any issues or concern with the software of your VortexBox or VortexBox-Plus, please use the forums at http://www.vortexbox.org/ & the support wiki at http://info.vortexbox.org/ for help with any software issues you may be experiencing. All new VortexBox (Australia) products come with a 12 month return to base warranty against faulty hardware and/or manufacture. All second hand items come with a 6 month return to base warranty against faulty parts and/or manufacture. Second hand items may be repaired using second hand parts at the discretion of VortexBox (Australia). All out of warranty repairs come with a 6 month warranty for the workmanship & a 12 month warranty for any new parts used. |
Terms & Conditions 1. A return to base warranty means that the freight to us & from us is at your expense. 2. It is your responsibility to backup any data you have on your VortexBox. While we backup your data at your request, we can not guarantee the effectiveness of the backup. 3. When the warranty repair is completed, an invoice will be emailed to you for the cost of the return freight & anything else you may have requested. Your item/s will be shipped back to you when payment has been received. |
